How do I send money to Close Brothers?

To send money to Close Brothers you can make a bank to bank transfer using CHAPS (Clearing House Automated Payment System), BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Service) or send a cheque in the post.

To send funds via CHAPS or BACS you will need to give your bank the following details:

CHEQUES - Sent to us by post 

Cheques will earn interest from the day they clear.  The interest rate earned on your deposit will also be set on the day the cheque clears.

Cheques should be made out to Close Brothers Limited, drawn on your clearing bank account and sent with a covering letter to Close Brothers Limited, 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT, marked for the attention of Treasury Division.
