5. Documentation

All documentation provided to the Bank must be originals. However, the Bank may at its discretion accept certified copies of those originals. Copy documents must be certified as true copies by a solicitor, a bank official, an accountant or by a member of Close Brothers' Treasury staff who has had sight of the originals.
