6. Change of Account Holder's Details

Requests to amend any of the Account Holder's details in the Bank's records must be received in writing by the Bank from the Account Holder and be accompanied by any relevant original supporting documentation as may be requested by the Bank. Account Holders confirm that they are aware that the failure of an Account Holder to amend details or to provide supporting documentation as requested by the Bank for any requested amendments to the Account Holder's details may result in the Bank exercising its right under these Terms and Conditions to refuse to make a payment or to accept a deposit when requested to do so and that the Bank has no liability for the consequences of such refusal.
