9. Undertaking by the Account Holder

The Account Holder hereby irrevocably undertakes to carry out and do all acts or things reasonably necessary to ensure that no acts of fraud are committed by the Account Holder or any employee, servant, agent or associate of the Account Holder or any other person (including any holder(s) of a joint account with that Account Holder).
