10. Indemnity by the Account Holder

The Account Holder hereby indemnifies the Bank against any loss or damage or liability whatsoever whether arising directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to, legal fees) suffered or sustained by the Bank howsoever caused by the fraud or negligence of the Account Holder or any employee, servant or agent or associate of the Account Holder.
