11. Communications by the Bank to the Account Holder

Any written communication to be given by the Bank to the Account Holder, including a copy of these Terms and Conditions, shall be deemed to have been duly delivered on the third day following the date of posting if it has been sent by post to the address for correspondence nominated by the Account Holder. The Account Holder must notify the Bank immediately in writing of any change of name, address or of nominated clearing bank account details of the Account Holder or any other relevant detail and the Bank shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in receiving such information from the Account Holder nor for any reasonable delay caused in the Bank's verifying of such information.
