12. Value Dates
Where the Bank agrees to make
a payment on a specific value date, the Bank accepts no responsibility
for paying that amount by any specific time on that date, and
will accept no liability for failure to make payment by any specific
time on that date.
Where the Account Holder fails
to pay funds to the Bank in an amount or with a value date previously
agreed with the Bank, the Bank reserves the right to charge the
Account Holder with interest and costs associated with such failure
which the Bank, at its sole discretion, considers appropriate.
