13. Liability of the Bank for Late Payment

The Bank will not be liable for any loss other than, in the view of the Bank, reasonable loss of interest that the Account Holder may suffer if the Bank cannot provide, or provides late, any service in respect of the Account. Such liability will arise only as a result of error or negligence on the part of the Bank.

The Bank will not be liable for any loss the Account Holder may suffer as a result of any failure of power supplies or equipment, industrial action or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.

The Bank will not accept any liability for consequential loss or contingent liability for late payment under any circumstances, however caused.
