22. Debit Balances on Accounts

No Account operated by the Bank is allowed to go into deficit at any time. If any Account, at any time, shows a debit balance then the Account Holder must immediately restore to the Account sufficient cleared funds to clear the debit balance, together with any costs or charges thereby incurred.
