26. Bank Charges
At present, the Bank normally
levies no charge on the Account Holder for operating the routine
Account services offered by the Bank to the Account Holder. However,
the Bank reserves the right to vary its charging policy at any
time, or to levy charges for any additional work resulting from
the operation of its routine Account services, or for any unusual
circumstances, or where the Bank considers the workload required
by the Account Holder is excessive, or may lead to excessive
charges levied against the Bank itself in executing the Account
Holder's instructions.
The Bank will not accept any
liability for charges incurred by the Account Holder from any
other bank, or from any other party, in connection with the Bank's
routine Account services.
