28. Third Party Payments

Unless otherwise agreed by the Bank, or the Bank has agreed to provide the Account Holder with a foreign exchange dealing facility under which third party payments are permitted (see Section 32), no third party payments will be made by the Bank. For the avoidance of doubt, withdrawals of amounts of £5,000 and above will normally be repaid by the Bank by same day value bank transfer, but only to the Account Holder's nominated clearing bank account. Withdrawals of amounts of less than £5,000 will be repaid by cheque, made out in the Account Holder's name only and posted to the Account Holder's address (see Section 21: Withdrawals from Accounts).
