34. Bank's Right to Decline Business
The Bank reserves the right to
decline to open an Account, to close an Account, to withdraw
a type of Account, or to terminate an existing deposit relationship
with an Account Holder at any time upon written notice to the
Account Holder and without explanation.
The Bank reserves the right to
decline to open an Account, or to withdraw the offer of an Account
or a deposit relationship to a prospective Account Holder upon
written notice and without explanation.
