37. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to the Account Holder and the deposits placed with the Bank, shall be governed by the laws of England but the Bank shall nevertheless be at liberty to take proceedings in any Court or other competent authority and the taking of proceedings in any Court or other competent authority and in any one or more jurisdictions shall not preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
