38. Bank Confidentiality
Under current legislation, the
Bank, as well as the directors, officers and staff of the Bank,
is bound by rules of confidentiality in relation to all dealings
of the Bank with its Account Holders. However, the Bank and its
directors, officers and staff are obliged to provide evidence
and information when required by law, court order or regulatory
authorities, including any directives or regulations of The European
Parliament and of The Council of the European Union to do so.
The Bank and its directors, officers and staff shall not be liable
for compliance with such legal requirements.
