44. The Bank's Website

The use of and access to the Bank's website are subject to the following terms and conditions which are also set out on the website, in addition to these Terms and Conditions which relate to all Accounts:-
(i) The material on the Bank's website is owned by the Bank.
(ii) The Bank shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages as a result of failure of or restricted access to the Bank's website.
(iii) The Bank's website is intended for use only by persons or organisations situated in the UK, and the Bank will not accept any liability for use of its website from outside the UK.
(iv) As the internet is not a fully secure method of communication, the Bank cannot guarantee the security of any information which a visitor to the Bank's website may input on the Bank's website.
(v) All information on the Bank's website is subject to change at any time without notice.
(vi) The Bank makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate to the best of its belief. However the Bank cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information, and will not be liable for any errors and omissions, howsoever caused.
