45. Accuracy of Information

The Bank makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in the Bank's correspondence, on the Bank's website, and given verbally by the Bank's directors, officers and staff is accurate to the best of the Bank's belief. However the Bank cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information and no reliance should be placed on such information by the Account Holder.
